30-Day Returns
We accept returns on unused, non-personalized products within 30 days of delivery of last item in order. Extend to account for weekends or holidays

Free Return Label
For eligible returns, Sellenes provides a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, engraved, monogrammed, altered, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

Limited Editions
Standard numbered editions remain returnable within 30 days if unused and not personalized.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a customer purchasing from Sellenes within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 30-day period by contacting us at:

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In their original, unused condition — unworn, unaltered, and free of marks, scents, or damage
  • In the original Sellenes packaging, including dust bags, boxes, tissue paper, and any authenticity cards or tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, or to apply a deduction to the refund to account for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items — any product customized with initials, names, or bespoke specifications is made to order and is exempt from return under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)
  • Items that have been visibly used, worn, or damaged after delivery

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [your contact email] within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
