Sellenes provides free standard shipping to all destinations worldwide.
Each order is carefully prepared, verified, and packed in our European atelier before dispatch.

- Delivery Partners: Premium express couriers such as DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location
- Tracking: Every order includes a real-time tracking link, sent by email once your order ships

2. Estimated Delivery Times
While all Sellenes orders are processed within 1–3 business days, delivery times may vary depending on destination:
- Europe 2–5 business days
- Middle East & Asia - 4–7 business days
- North & South America - 5–10 business days
- Oceania & Africa - 7–12 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number to follow its journey in real time.Please note: During limited-edition launches or pre-order events, processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand.

3. Order Processing & Packaging
Each Sellenes piece undergoes a meticulous final quality check before leaving our atelier.
Your order is then prepared in Sellenes packaging — including the signature Starlight Gold foil logo, authenticity card, and the perfect, eco friendly dust bag.- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 CET.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Once shipped, you will receive an automated tracking email with delivery details.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Within the European Union (EU)
All orders within the EU are shipped duty-paid, and prices displayed on the website include VAT. No additional charges will apply.
Outside the EU
For international destinations, customs duties and import taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier or customs authority upon delivery.Sellenes does not have control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.

5. Pre-Orders & Limited Editions
Some Sellenes creations, particularlylimited editionsornumbered series, may be offered on apre-order basis.
Estimated delivery times for pre-orders will be clearly indicated on the product page.
You will receive timely updates once your piece enters production, quality control, and shipment phases. -
6. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is delivered, you will receive an email confirmation.
To maintain security and exclusivity:- Orders may require a signature upon delivery.
- If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

7. Failed Deliveries & Address Changes
If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, it may be returned to our logistics center.
To avoid delays:- Please verify your delivery details before confirming your order.
- If you need to modify your address, contact office@sellenes.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your parcel has shipped, we can no longer alter the address.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages
Sellenes ensures all shipments are securely packed and insured during transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with:- Refuse the delivery (if possible) and notify the courier.
- Contact office@sellenes.com within 48 hours, including your order number and photos of the package.
Our Client Care team will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
If you encounter any issues with tracking updates, please contact our Client Care team — we’ll assist you directly with the carrier. -
10. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While rare, shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or courier network disruptions.
Sellenes remains in contact with our logistics partners at every step to ensure your delivery arrives as soon as possible.
If a parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, areplacement or full refundwill be issued.
