  • 1. Worldwide Returns

    Sellenes accept returns on all orders worldwide.
    If you wish to return your product, simply contact our Client Care Team at
    office@sellenes.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return.

    Once your return is approved, you will receive:

    • prepaid shipping label
    • Return instructions
    • Confirmation once the parcel is received by our atelier

    All returns are shipped back to our European logistics center.

  • 2. Conditions for an Accepted Return

    To ensure the integrity and authenticity of every Sellenes piece, the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

    ✅ The item must be unusedunworn, and in pristine condition.
    ✅ The product must be returned in its original Sellenes packaging (box, dust bag, authenticity card, hangtag, and any accompanying accessories).
    ✅ The authenticity tag and serial code must remain attached and intact.
    ✅ The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
    ✅ The item must have been purchased directly from Sellenes.com.

    All items are subject to quality inspection upon arrival. Sellenes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

  • 3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

    For reasons of exclusivity, personalization, and brand integrity, certain products cannot be returned or refunded.


    These include:

    ❌ Personalized or engraved items (e.g., nameplates, custom initials, monograms)
    ❌ Limited or numbered edition pieces already registered to a Sellenes Society member
    ❌ Items showing any signs of wear, use, or alteration
    ❌ Items missing original packaging, authenticity cards, or accessories
    ❌ Items purchased as Final Sale or part of promotional events

  • 4. Exchange Policy

    If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or variation of the same model (subject to availability), please indicate your preference when initiating your return.
    Exchanges are processed with the same care and timeline as standard returns.

  • 5. Refund Process

    Once your return is received and verified by our Quality Control team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    You will receive an email notification confirming the approval and refund.

    Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • 6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within48 hoursof delivery atoffice@sellenes.com, attaching clear photos and your order number.
    We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, as soon as possible

  • 7. Order Cancellations

    Orders may be canceledbefore shipmentby contacting our team immediately atoffice@sellenes.com.
    Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled — but you may still initiate a free return after delivery.

  • 8. Customs & Duties

    ForEU orders, VAT is included in the final price.
    Forinternational orders, import duties or local taxes may be applied by your customs authority upon delivery.
    These charges are non-refundable, as they are collected directly by local authorities.

  • 9. Gift Returns

    If you received a Sellenes item as a gift, you may return it in exchange for a credit note of equal value or an alternative product, provided all return conditions are met.
