What payment methods does Sellenes accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure bank transfers through Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Sellenes uses Shopify Payments —use the highest standard in online payment security. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. Prices are displayed in your currency by default, and Shopify automatically converts and processes payments in your local currency based on your location.

What is your return policy?

Sellenes offers complimentary worldwide returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused, pristine condition, complete with all original packaging, cards, and accessories.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes. Exchanges are possible for the same model in a different color (subject to availability). Please mention your exchange request when initiating your return.

Does Sellenes ship worldwide?

Yes. Sellenes offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Every order is handled with care and shipped from our European atelier to your destination, wherever you are.

Delivery times vary by region:

  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • Middle East & Asia: 4–7 business days
  • Americas & other regions: 5–10 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

Within the EU: VAT is included, and no additional charges apply.


Outside the EU: Your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are beyond our control and depend on your country’s regulations.
